    Rude staff- particularly the girl who served us on a Friday night, very unhelpful and her customer service skills were poor to say the least.

    Great standalone family fun complex with a lot of gaming machines, plenty of bowling lanes and an awesome laser tag arena. Staff are generally receptive and fast, although when they're clearly understaffed it can take much more time to answer your enquiry. Nice cafe although the prices are a little bit expensive, and also a fantastic place to drop off the kids with supervision as the RSL and also the pools are super close by. Plenty of parking around too!

    As always a pleasant experience due to the expertise of Margaret on the Halinda League at Rooty Hill on Saturday mornings With so many different things to control not to mention the diversity of the clients she always presents with a smile and a caring attitude. This league is in its 31st year and going strong thanks to Margarat and the Mothers who assist her when necrssary. A very positive experience. Laureen Giglia.
